Love David Sedaris but I wish they could have used the audio from the mic and not next to the cackling and coughing lady. Maybe someone's recorder in the audience.
That was good. I respect your wit :) I just find it funny on videos of Sedaris and such that people take this so seriously or whatever, when it's obvious tongue-in-cheek.
It's weird how in our culture, the concept of slapping a child in the face elicits such easy laughter. Much in the same way that I wonder if future generations will look back on us with disgust over the way that we can crack jokes about prison rape without a second thought.
I wasn't offended. I was merely being contemplative. However if thinking critically offends you, I recommend that you visit someplace more your speed. Like maybe a Dane Cook video.
