Very precious share! The more I discover about Judaism the more I am struck wth how advanced and mature its KNOWING really is. God is real. Just as true adult love is real. It is a PROCESS that continues to develop more intimately over time the closer one grows in awareness in what is a real loving relationship. This is actually how the process of continual revelation evolves between the I and the I AM THAT I AM! Thank you David Solomon. More than you could possible imagine.
David I think the totally correct word from my personal experience is the true description and meaning of INTIMATE CONCEPTION. Once God is awakened with the interior spiritual senses fully developed in God becomes a conception for cultural evolution and who more than the story of Moses exemplifies this enormous responsibility. No differently than first discovering this on the Earthly plane. The more one knows the more responsible and accountable they become to the world.
The Rambam does not talk about belief "in" G-d. He talks about believing "that" G-d is X, Y and Z and that "that" the profits are X, Y and Z and "that" a Meshiach will come etc. To say I believe "in" something is to say nothing. To say that I believe "that X is the case" is to say something.
