Women's Health are here to bring you an exclusive look at the morning routine of your favourite celebrities. This month we spoke to Davina McCall about her AM wake-up, fitness and what she eats to start her day depending on how hard she's trained.
We also enlisted the help of her personal trainer Sarah Gorman to film a 20 minute workout so you can train like Davina. Prepare to watch and sweat.

Brilliant idea to exercise early morning .. love it....I too follow this type of regime and swim 4 times a week before 9 am.... its a great positive start to the day and really works 🙏☘️

Hi davina Happy monday I just wanted to say that I have just subscribed to your you tube channel and I think you are such an inspiration...I suffer with anxiety and I am going through divorce and I dont see my children and i lost my confidence so you are a breath of fresh air to me so thank you x

My husbands cholesterol was high ( due to his chocolate consumption) he takes Lecithin and does a liver detox every two years. His levels are back to normal and he still eats the same amount of chocolate.

I do the same love running i do that 5 days a week i dont eat meat no fat i drink alot of water i have a hot cup of boiled water with lemon i love my routeen

You would be miles ahead with your health if you would go completely plant based. Have been for several years and health problems have corrected. Actually I am whole food plant based. Look up the studies... dairy is connected with an increased risk of breast and prostate cancer. Cancer rates are much higher in countries that use dairy products than in parts of the world where it isn't used much.

There is countless evidence of the benefits of plant based diet, from experts who have treated patients for over 40 yrs... There is indisputable evidence that plant based diet reduces inflammation, benefits longevity, and illness prevention and treatment...I could go on, there are countless other positive health and lifestyle benefits to this diet..
