Is it possible to keyframe the 3D positioning of a sound when working with an Atmos object? (I've only found a way to keyframe one of the three dimensions at a time)

Thanks for your amazing video! But I know it’s just me that questioning how to open the 3D pan window, it just doesn’t work for me. Note I’m using studio version

You need to be working in a project with a 3D audio format and then it should be as simple as double clicking on the pan window in the audio mixer on the fairlight page

Is there a way to keyframe the movement/pan? Like, I have a Foley track and there are some footsteps somewhere in the story that I want to pan from left to right. But I don’t necessarily want to set the entire track to either left or right. Just that part where the feet are walking through. Or do I need to create an entirely new track for just that part where the feet are walking from left to right?

Also I'd like to Pan from left FRONT & Left Surround to Right Front & Right Surround. Like 2 planes passing a point one in front of the viewer & the Second in back Back of the Viewer. Or 1 in front of the viewer from Right to left, another Left to Right Only behind the viewer.

Is there a way to pan front to back while key framing so that as a clip progresses it slowly pans front to back?

Yes, you might want to look into automation. There are two icons right next to the playback controls on the Fairlight page.

That's the entire reason I'm here lol but hey at least I learned about the 3D panning 🤷🏼‍♂ I miss when you could Google something and get a direct response, not 50 Tech RU-vidrs and 3 pages of sponsored tech websites with "top 15" articles. Search engines are dying via informational pollution

The Problem here is a "FAILURE to COMMUNICATE". You know the Material so well you don't realize, in order to teach a Neophyte you must 1st SLooooooooooW Down. Next Examples Beginners need examples, Lots of examples. I just want to know how to PAN from Front 5.1 Speakers to the REAR/Surround Speakers in DR 18.1.3. to Simulate a plane passing over head.
