Sweet reminder orks do have a class of weirdboys dedicated to blasting ork metal mid battle, so yes, you might be hearing this amid the whaaag's and dakka.
Oddboys not weirdboys. Weirdboys are the ork psykers. The oddboy you are looking for is a goffrocker. An Oddboy (pl. Oddboyz) is an Ork who is born with specific information programmed into his DNA that is released into his mind as he reaches maturity. Oddboyz specialise in doing those tasks other than fighting that most other Orks cannot do, although a standard Ork's genetically encoded knowledge allows him to at least keep his weapons in working order. Often there are competitions between individual Oddboyz to see who can make the most Orky item, whether it is biological or technological in nature.
This sounds like something that would be in the background while a retired inquisitor tells young folk about his first encounter with an Ork hord. As the music progresses his eyes grow blank and his face is frozen in a horrified expression as he ends the tale with, “There were so many… Throne…so many.” He looks up to the stars “And there are so. Many. *More.* “

Oh it totally does. Not only does it suit the Orks. I could see them actually playing it as they charge across a desert with a horde of mechanized vehicles. I blame the doof wagon from Mad Max but still :D
it is Orkamungus from the Original DoW game, he is saying "Im da biggest so Im da Boss". In the later Dawn of Wars Gorgutz says the same lines in hiw own voice. The original Nobz and Warboss in the first DoW game had a different voice actor than the the other boyz and they then changed it when Winter Assault was released.
