For some reason people can't help but bash any open world game these days and compare it to genshin, nevermind those craftopia /chimera land vibes.. its not even trying to be genshin or a gacha for crying out loud. Do some people really havent played anything but genshin? This genre of game isnt even new.. its more of a multiplayer(?) survival/ sandbox and I agree it has things it still needs to improve on and the graphics aren't the best but the genshin brain rot of some is really annoying. Play other games guys.

Great comment and this is the game I hoped to be released on Mobile. Single player map, where I can do whatever I please, whenever I want I think the game plays fantastic. And with updates overtime other aspects will just improve the game more

I totally didn't expect to get hooked, I didn't even watch the trailer, saw it on pre registration section on the play store and just chose it, now I'm on 29 days in game cycles, have my own follower bought for a discount, still struggling with guya the 2nd boss so I'm gonna cheese him with altitude and arrows and spears. I used to hate survivor games.

I'm playing it now, I like it, having the ability to slide down mountains, life saving and a fast escape. I chose a single world, making a world with friends is going to be fun tho. It has rules close to reality. You get wet you reduce your ability. So playing in the rain is tricky. I like it. You set a fire in your house it's going to burn! Running for my trees after I cut them down was a bit jarring ... LoL My first rolled down into the lake!! I was powerless to stop it! You have to cut the tree down and then chop wood log up ! If it rolls away you've lost your wood. How long did you actually play? It is a challenging game. I like it. The hoe, isn't for farming so far. It's to shape the land you build on. Need a flat area to set up a camp fire. /Shrug I like it.

I think it gets mich better once you have a lot of crafting unlocked. There is a lot of freedom in building really cool structures. You aren't locked to building in cubes or 90-degree rotations. I personally like the 4 player worlds because I can share it with my friends and you don't have to be online for friends to play in your world, so it's really a shared world between all 4 owners.

@@zealsora02 first one behind the spawn. second one is on the right side room before you go upstairs that is blocked by vines that you can burn by using the torch ( I can't remember if it was 2 chest in that room or 1 so maybe total of 4 but one of the chest has a green cape inside) and the third chest is upstairs by the exit.

Idk idea is there seems cool. Ain’t graphically fantastic but am curious about this game studios future since they’re the ones behind Snowbreak. (Which they’ve taken a massive amount of player feedback and are constantly doing updates) so will prob turn on once in a while to mess around.

And you can make a blueprint in a sandbox world and go through trial and error without risking your own resources, I just didn't build because I didn't find a reason to in my single player, I just find some houses and raid them and use them, the first shelter I got Brenden's house and the storage was any box in the shelter lmao

@rohankishibe8259 lol houses in the wild are op. Just use the demolish tool on the foundation of the house and everything gets destroyed and you still get all the wood, stone, or straw. Around 4 to 8 stacks of material based on the size of the house.

After getting a millions of first person shooter and same old formula of battle royale games and then those infinite rogue type games on mobile when we finally get some breath of fresh air type of game ,PPL will bash it . Like if the game is trying to gives us a better experience by taking best part of popular games I don't see a problem . After playing it 3 hours I feel it's Decent but has huge potential if the chunky animation and performance dips are fixed .

I tried it on its release, it was very clunky and laggy. And then the game being divided in single player and multiplayer was just weird, specially when the multiplayer only holds 4 players in the world. The game graphics are good but they are trying to be Genshin way too hard

From now on the game becomes absurd, every 1 meter you find annoying enemies, exploration is a joke, you only find deer and buffalo, and the latter are also annoying. The "intelligence" minigames are made by my 2-year-old sister and they are scattered around the map without meaning, the creatures are always the same and do not change, the graphics and optimization are lousy since one plays this on a cell phone. You can buy followers and they have very little intelligence, as well as the NPCs that are seen in the video when it comes to battle, they do little damage and you can't improve or equip anything and the battle is boring, you can kill anything with an arc in the total distance the enemy will not notice you and if he does, he will surely get stuck with a tree. Mobility sucks, you can't climb and you move super slow. The difficulty of the game is that you have better equipment, not the battle ability. There is no such thing as specializing in one weapon since you can equip yourself with all of them without any problem and there is no variety of armor to have more speed/damage/armor and specialize in long, short, medium range, necklaces and rings are for decoration since they barely The statistics go up and they do not give anything new. Getting items is not a challenge and the biomes are just color changes in the grass and trees, the construction is good but you need to farm a lot and it's lazy that your ax breaks so fast with 5 big trees felled. If you don't follow the missions you get stuck and if you follow them you get bored. I read a lot of bad comments in the game about ping and disconnection by servers. I recently tried a new game that is not yet in version 1.0 but in version 0.something and it's called Veloren, do you remember cube world? Well, this game is well done, by a couple of programmers who lovingly decided to revive it and make it a good game with thousands of animals, their respective classes, and it's still growing. It has a good setting and requires much less than dawnlands to play, I play it on a nootebok with 4 ram and dawnlands doesn't run well on my cell phone with 8 ram. I leave that game for you to try instead of even downloading dawnlands...

FG I love your videos but I don't think you were very fair in the way that you actually tried the game. The game is clunky for sure and has it's fair of problems but for example "I have to have an extra step to open this chest", it's part of the story that things are corrupted and you need to sanctify them which you clearly didn't pay much attention. Also you said "Let me be that guy that can steal other peoples things" you are literally talking about a mobile game that has a lot to improve for sure but you want everything a full serviced game has and that was intended for that as well... I think we need to be realistic of what we want from a mobile game that despite pc client, will always have more limitations due to it being for mobile... You didn't try the crafting system which is a crafting game and you just went past a fireplace. You didn't even talked about the cash shop of the game and if it's a good or fair cashshop or not. I think overall this was one of the worst First Impressions you have ever made, it was lazy and sloppy on your part...
