i stopped paying for all those products and i just use blue magic and wash my hair twice a week as well as deep condition and now my hair is growning! Finally Praise the Lord!!

I love how simple you keep hair care. It's refreshing. I just started back with greasing my daughters' scalps. Done using all these crazy expensive products when they're hair was healthier with the stuff I used as a kid.

I hope you enjoy this video! I'm having trouble with my internet service and it's making it hard to upload my videos. Windows 10 is always doing updates, which causes a bunch of problems. I constantly have dropped wireless signals and my internet, pops on and off, constantly, back to back. Plus, Windows 10 is blocking my new software on my new, powerful, computer. My new computer made uploading easier and quicker. It's super annoying and frustrating, that I can't use my new computer for editing and uploading. Luckily, I still have my old, slow, computer. That's how I'm able to upload. I hate Windows 10! Click the thumbs up button, for the Content Creator Struggle. lol UPDATE: 12/2/2019 I finally got my computer, situation, situated and I'm back in business. Everything's back to normal for now😉😁

I literally just blow dried my hair and clipped my ends. I was shocked at my length because I have had massive shedding and breakage. Fit my grease I used nature's blessing hair food. Really good stuff.

I figured out why I like you so much, because you tell stories. And in a village setting all the women would sit together and do each other's hair and as you would imagine they told stories and sang song probably. Watching you is like sitting with a wise woman and getting your scalp greased. Like my granny it was a whole thing. We'd sit down and have some breakfast. She'd get that damn hot comb out lol and she'd tell me all types of stories and stuff. Alot of these video are strictly focused on looks. Not personality. So I really appreciate you

Nezi, you are so right about some of the grease carrying over on the strands after you wash. I think that's part of what makes it so great. It has superior staying power and really helps protect the hair during the washing process. Of course you can completely get rid of it with an extra wash if you choose. I 💕 grease! It's got my hair looking RIGHT!!

I blow dry every 2 weeks with my revair on high after I wash shampoo, deep condition and moisturize, then i seal with blue magic. It helps my hair to not have single strand knots and not be tangled. I notice way less shedding and breakage. My hair is growing and my curls still pop beautifully when wet. I use mizani thermasmooth heat protector.

I purposely washed my hair yesterday jus to see if mixin 2gther work and it sho did; eliminated all them btls jus to do hair 🙄...last long time I jus got down too 1/2 jar on my 1st order from back in February 😳 (launch date)..alittle goes along ways..💃🏾💃🏾 (mixed my: grease, conditioner, melanin, oil all 2gther)..😉

I went back to what work for me when I was a child ..Blue Magic Hair Conditioners (grease). I use the Blue Magic Carrot Oil Anti-breakage Protein Complex then sealed w/a hair grease. I love it and my hair loves it more. Nezi your the best! Keep sharing love love love your videos :)

Hi I am new to your channel and I am loving it! First of all, my hair is approximately 36inches long and I have used hair grease all of my life! My favorites are Ultra Sheen for extra dry hair and dax super light because of my type. I have naturally thick and frizzy hair but hair grease smooths it out so much! I also experiment with other hair pomades. I love Blue Magic, Kuza hair food, and Softee pomades and so does my hair! All of my life I have heard my family and friends say "why do you put that in your hair"??? Strange, the same people always say, " you have some beautiful hair"!!! I have never had clogged hair follicles and my hair thrives with grease! The best way that I can describe it is if you look at the way our moms and grandmothers wore their hairstyles in the 1930's and 1940's with those long curly stresses, that's me! Long, shiny just like yours! I stopped trying to convince others to use grease because they are not always receptive, but my long thick hair is proof that grease is my hair's best friend!😘👍

I've been natural for 10 years and I notice that I am much more lax with my hair regimen. I hate having to take a whole day to do my hair. I now blow dry and two strand twist and go. Would like to braid or 3 strand twist but it look like it take too much time so 2 strand is bae. Started using that Dr. Miracle on my thin edges. Its so soothing until I grease my entire scalp with it. A friend told me it worked on her mom thin edges so hopefully it works for me. Now sis I'm gonna have to get that Dax. That had your hair so pretty and shiny. Oh and I love that Melanin cream. Definitely going to try that grease n Melanin combo.

Yes, the Dr. Miracles helped my weak edges alot. That's how mine grew back in, along with hair care. I hope you like the Dax grease. It's not a greasy as Blue Magic. It's more of a pomade.

Hi Nezi, I felt the same way when it comes to the lengthy procedures of during my natural hair. So I no longer dread my wash day nd now I'm enjoying blowing out my hair as well. I don't use a the flat iron; not for lack of trying to silk press my hair myself but bcuz my hair frizzed up time I went outside which was a waste of time. It looked like I stuck my hand in a socket but my blowouts are straight enough till it looks like a perm with a lil new growth. So Im back to ponytails nd pinups using different styles. Thank you so much! Blow drying does help with length retention and growth for some Naturals and not for others. For my hair, I prefer to not blow dry a whole lot, because, I'll have to trim more often. Which means, I won't retain as much length. I trim once a year, now.

Based on your experiences would you recommend Dax or Blue Magic for hair growth? I have some castor oil and super sure grow blue magic but I have never tried the Dax.

Both of them work, well, for hair growth. Dax is not at as greasy, as Blue Magic. It's thicker and heavier, because, it's a pomade. It doesn't absorb into the hair like Blue Magic, either. It think it boils down to preference. I like Blue Magic a little more.

For me after I wash and condition my hair I don't deep condition or put leave in instead I use raw African shea butter for moisture and seal it with hair grease especially in the winter months I don't put heat in my hair to often I guess my hair just likes simple stuff 👌🏽👌🏽

I tried grease and i had a very hard time trying to remoisturize after a few days, I had to wash my hair again. Im still trying though, maybe I put too much grease on my hair. It definitely seals my hair, but a little too well lol I have a product from carols daughter that contains beeswax, it reminds me of grease. Im trying it out to see if it seals my hair without it drying up too much because i wish the grease worked but I dont know 🤷🏽‍♀️😫

Oh, wow! Sorry to hear that. The most popular reason for using grease, is to seal in moisture. So, if you moisturized your hair and added the grease on top, then braided or twisted your hair, there's no need to remoisturize, because you locked in the moisture already. All you have to do is add a little hair grease on top of your braids or twist from that point on or do nothing. If you are wearing your hair loose, then using a runny. liquid oil will do better, because, it will add shine, have a slip and have movement to it. Hair grease is great for hair styles that sit-still hair styles or non-combing hair styles.

So funny Nezzi! I have been using Dax kocatah pretty much every night on my scalp (YUP I SAID IT!!!). I moisturize each time and may sometimes use plain olive on my scalp as well! I have been in DIY installed invisible roots chunky marley twists making 3 weeks today! I redo them or a few whenever the mood hits me. When I take these out I will remove one by one and install chunky box braids! I will wash my scalp when I install my box braids. Hair is doing just fine.

Nezi you so funny. you got your hair looking real good. The grease is poppin LOL. With your kind of hair you could get it down to your bottom but you keep cutting it SMH. as long as the ends look good it ain't got to be super blunt.

Thank you so much. I don't use hair dye. I did a little color grading for this video and that's why it looks a little darker, but for the most part, my natural hair is naturally dark with very little to no gray. The gray I do have, I pull them out😁

@@atakulu No, the shampoo and conditioner, is not new to me. I've used them throughout my whole hair journey. It's that people have said negative things about them in the past. You can do it that way, if you want to. It's no rule to how you want to moisturize and seal. Some Naturals do the L.O.C method and others do the L.C.O method. It's a personal preference.
