After doing this for six months now, I can truthfully say I’m confident in jobs that I take on now and I figured out what jobs I’m willing to tackle you can go through Allianz for property maintenance business I pay I think 500 for the year
I've been in Apartment Maintenence for almost 5 years, and about to move on to this. With a little bit of responsibility, there's nothing to worry about. I highly recommend insurance for the business, though.

Thanks for turning in mate yes you do depending on what state you live in however I’ve never done a job over 5K or even close to it. The most I have ever charged someone is $1500 for laying decking.
