Day 1 of Keto until I lose 100kg

Hey guys
I am a fat man, doing keto to lose weight. I want to lose weight so that I can see my children walk down the aisle, and get fitter and better to spend more time with them, and any potential grandchildren I will have and have a fantastic healthy life with my wife. I will caveat, it is ok to be fat, but it is not ok to stay fat. I am disabled, I have permanent lymphoedema in my legs, Schambergs disease, 2 blood issues, Hemochromatosis & Thrombocytopenia.
I went to the Dr and asked for help, and explained that I am fed up of being fat. I now attend the obesity clinic. I was advised, I absolutely MUST do a high protein, medium fats, and low carb diet, and was given a specific set of instructions of which I need to follow. I was advised, absolutely no more than the following Macros, but how I chose to use them, was up to me
400g of protein
50g of carbs
100g of fat
This would total to 2700 calories per day, which would be a low weight loss amount for someone of my size. I do not have to meet this, I can come in under, as long as I attain at least half of the calories for the day, but do not exceed any macro. I will be adding exercise as and when I can into the mix, but the legs make it extremely difficult, but that is life.
Every week, I will make measurements so you guys can see what I am working with, and can track along with me. You guys will keep me motivated, and you guys will keep me in check. If you see me in public, come up to me, give me support, or tell me where I can improve! I am all about learning to make this better for me.
Snack Recipe (Failure)
15g Cocoa Powder
4 eggs
50g Greek Yoghurt
15g honey
Snack Instructions
Separate egg whites and yolks into separate bowls
Whisk egg whites until stiff peaks
Beat egg yolks, yoghurt and honey together until smooth
Beat in the sifted cocoa powder until fully incorporated
Fold egg whites into the mixture
Put into oven safe Pyrex dish
Bake in preheated oven at 180C/360F for 10 minutes
Split into 8 portions and serve warm
Unfortunately, I left it in the oven a bit too long, and it turned out to be an absolute failure, so won't be doing it again in a great hurry.

Protein: 123g/400g
Carbs: 42.3g/50g
Fat: 95.9g/100g
Calories: 1470/2700

Thanks man! More to go. Just posted Day 7 in the shorts section (going to keep them to shorts, and cooking stuff, I will probably make better videos and upload also every day - where feasible)

1 3/4 cup of almonf flour 1 tablespoon baking powder 3 cups of mozzarella cheese (shredded) 2oz of cream cheese 3 large eggs (divided) 1 table of sesame seeds (optional) Preheat oven to 200C/400F and line baking tray with parchment paper In a small bowl, mix the almond flour and baking powder and set aside In a microwave safe bowl, add the cream cheese and mozzarella together Microwave the cheeses in 30 second intervals until the cheese is melted. Stir often and ensure they're fully mixed Add 2 eggs, the cheese mix and the flour mix into a food processor and blend on the pulse setting until it is all smooth Lightly flour a kitchen surface with almond flour Transfer the dough onto it, divide into 8 equal portions (or 6 in my instance) Roll out the dough into a thing sausage shape and connect the ends to form the bagel shape. Place the bagels onto the lined baking sheet Whisk the 3rd egg in a small bowl, and brush it over the tops of the bagels Sprinkle over the sesame seeds Bake for 12 mins - 20 mins (depends on your oven), until firm and golden on top Remove from the oven and let them cool (or they will be doughy and not nice to eat) Slice in half, serve as you would normally.
