Well it is officially my first actual day with my new trailer. I am heading down to Texas for a photoshoot with Shell Rotella. Can you believe I am actually going to be in product photos! I think this is the coolest thing I have done yet! I have a few days of travel ahead of me, so this will be the first of several vlogs leading up to this event. Let me know what you think :)

How long have you been driving? I remember when I started 10 years ago. I was bubbly and excited as well but that part of me has died. Especially now since all I do is drive in New York City. Long Island. Manhattan, Bronx, ect. It sucks but someone has to do it

Having a stationary place is entirely reasonable. Sometimes you just have to stop moving and catch your breath. PS You are a lot more genuine and personable these days than you were a year ago. Not that you were anything less than amazing when you started your channel. The unscripted approach where you do you is working.

Don't use WD-40 on locks, it attracts dirt and then turns into mud. Use Houdini lock lubricant. It lubricates and cleans and leaves no residue, and smells nice. Just insert the little straw into the lock, a two or three second squirt and all is good.

Or graphite is good to use too. That’s what I use. It’s just like a fry lubricant. But yes. Do not use WD 40 or pb blaster!!

Never-seez on lug nuts worries me greatly! Get some heat cycling and very intense vibration on something that you ABSOFUCKINGLUTELY do not want to walk itself out. Just coat it so that you can overtighten it because impacts are great at getting equal torque. Studs can be stretched without worry...

I used Mobil Delvac Super 1300 15W-40 oil for many years. In April 2007 I was quoted $570.00 per barrel delivered by my Local Jobber. 55 Gallons per barrel .. Sam's Club had Shell Rotella T MG 15W-40 CJ-4 certified oil for $438.00 per barrel. My Jobber told me I won't get it delivered for Free. I went and picked up 2 Barrels at Sam's Club and $132.00 per barrel so I saved $264.00 on Two Barrels I got all my Groceries for a Month for Free Basically .. Ask those Folks at Shell if I can get Rotella 15W-40 for $438.00 per Barrel today. As a Teenager I remember buying a quart of Castrol two Stroke oil at Zayers for 75 cents per quart. Never mind the fact that the rings in my dirt bike Melted and I learned my lesson to go back to a good synthetic Bell-Ray or Golden Spectro that cost 3 times more for a pint. I also purchased a 265 gallon Plastic tote so I could get oil delivered in the Bulk .. but don't use enough anymore to justify filling it ..

No regrets as an owner op with my own authority. I just am the happiest behind the wheel. My house and family are my anchor. My known point of consistency. So you are not hauling for Fed Ex and you have a Reefer now that's all I can figure out. Reefer works good for me because I am good at driving at night . Many Cold Warehouses are open 24/7 for pickup and Delivery. Have fun waiting 4 hours to get loaded or unloaded at some Cold Storage places. My only Experience is Summer of 2020 during the Peak Plandemic Period.

Best thing I've found for grease is dish detergent (I prefer Ajax or Joy, but any of the good brands will work) They are designed to remove grease, Of course, you need water for that

You own a house to build equity. As long as it's not too extravagant, owning a house is building equity in a place you can go for days off and where you can some day settle down. Renting just puts money in the landlord's pocket. You need a home for days off. A place you belong, not just a hotel room or truck cab. As long as you can afford it, owning a small home is the way to go. I want to get out of this apartment so bad. Noisy neighbors, having to answer to landlords. neighbors smoking pot and it goes through the vent system...

I am about to attend Sage Truck Driving school. How should I go about looking at companies and I know you work with Fed Ex Custom Critical. What would be a good outlook when look at companies. I know your busy. Maybe this is something beyond you. Just asking.

1400 miles and you can't do that in 2 days? LMFAO...hell I put on 600+ a day and that's with sitting and waiting to load at the asphalt plant and then waiting to unload at the paver 3-4 times a day. Carry a container of Fast Orange it takes any grease, fuel etc off your hands...but hey I only haul asphalt every day

I had a pilot vehicle cut me off one time coming out of Atlanta. I was in the process of passing the oversized truck on a straight away with a clear way.. The goober could've given me more time to react because I almost hit him. He waited until I got within 25 feet of passing before he quickly moved to the left. Got a hard brake out of it causing the event camera to go off. I know they have a job to do but that was definitely uncalled for. I had a talk with my safety guy at the time. His response was, yeah, you got to watch out for idiots like this. Really?

I have never driven a truck with a computer ( other than fuel management ) in my life. I used to run 2 or 3 paper log books. If I had any device telling me that my trailer was unhooked, especially if I had been out of the truck, I would check the fifth wheel. I know you have a sunny disposition, and this may be a rude awakening, but there are lowlife jerks out there that will pull open the jaws on your tractor just for the perverse giggles they get out of it.

Stylus do work on omnitrax and BT keyboards and if you mess around in the system settings you can calibrate the screen so it's a little more accurate when you make selections ... hope this helps

That thing that you don't know what it is, is a electric skillet bcause I have 2 of them & the first one I lost the cord for it & I couldn't use it until I bought the second one,I can use the cord from it on both,so yeah you got a good skillet & you still look gorgeous 😍

A cab radio would have been very beneficial when you met the oversized load. The pilot cars and the truck talk to each other constantly and the will try to tell oncoming trucks where they are and how much extra room they need

It doesn’t work all the time but majority of the time is does. When your phone is showing no bars, turn on the airplane mode and then turn it off it will usually get you some bars.
