DAY 1 The AT Approach Trail (What goes up) 

In this video watch me hike, along with 2 other hikers, Steve AKA Mighty Blue and the Mystery Hiker as we tackle the AT Approach Trail from the Amicalola Falls State Park, Visitor Center to the Summit of Springer Mountain and then to the Springer Mountain Shelter on Day 1 of our hike. We deal with the heat and the elevation along the way and the trail reminds us that plans are just that-a plan and one needs to be flexible.
