Bug nets are a necessary evil at times. Gets hot and sweaty underneath but sure beats the biting swarming bugs in the face. Chuck carries your extra water weight?? Whaaaaat. Now that’s a good hiking partner!!
Hey you Guys… great video as always. I see those bug nets as a great tactical defense mode. I hate that my nose and mouth are landing pads for those lil creatures… lol trek poles safely down wherever you are today! Take care of each other and thank you… for taking us along! Means the world to me.✌️🙂💚
21 in that heat is amazing, bug nets are a win. Wonder if the person leaving the notes is the same that writes under the bridge just outside of Port Clinton? Im not sure i would touch anything barehanded. Doing great. Thanks for sharing
Hey guys, I referred your RU-vid channel to my favorite podcaster Mighty Blue who follows AT through hikers on his podcast every year. He is a fantastic interviewer and I hope you guys decide to work with him....
You got me curious! Here’s from google : Schuylkill, which means “hidden river,” was named by Dutch settlers who discovered the river's mouth near the Delaware River's League Island in the early 1600s. Prior to that time, the river was called Ganoshowanna, meaning “falling water,” by the Lenape who lived in the area that is now West Philadelphia.
Fun fact: Amino acid powder as a supplement is the most DISGUSTING thing I've ever taken. So anything with that as an added ingredient is going to meh at best.
Oh you find? I used to drink BCAAs all the time during workouts haha. Optimum Nutrition has a flavor that tastes exactly like a pink starburst and it’s so delicious 🤤
