It's Day 11 of the October Athlete 2024 Challenge! This full-body workout utilizes dumbbells and kettlebells (or whatever you have available!) to combine strength, HIIT, and conditioning. Start with 40 seconds of back-to-basics strength, followed by 30 seconds of bodyweight cardio HIIT, then finish with 60 seconds of cardio and strength conditioning using weights. Options for all fitness levels.

Had Covid in September, never fully recovered then I’ve had a cold for two weeks now and barely am able to workout today. I was sucking but I made it! This one was killer and I loved it Amy!!! Thanks !!! Here’s to a healthy rest of the year! 🥂

I love strength days that have a cardio interval as well because it gives my hands a break from the heavy weights. Also because I enjoy the variety! It seems to make time go by faster lol. I loved the moves in this one like the snatch to side lunge. Definitely a top favorite for me! 😍

I felt it, too!!! I especially love the last move......you know........the one that I thought was the bonus move, LOL! I could barely hold my kettlebell for the kettlebell swings!! I love this format, Amy!

That was incredible and hard in ALL the best ways! I really wanted to do a curtsy instead of a side lunge with that snatch (but only on the left side for some reason :) Thank you AMY!!!!
