It's Day 11 of the October Athlete 2024 Challenge! This full-body workout utilizes dumbbells and kettlebells (or whatever you have available!) to combine strength, HIIT, and conditioning. Start with 40 seconds of back-to-basics strength, followed by 30 seconds of bodyweight cardio HIIT, then finish with 60 seconds of cardio and strength conditioning using weights. Options for all fitness levels.
