She doesn’t look the same to me. A lot of her redness had reduced. And that might not totally be the water but there were other differences. She definitely looked more plump as she said and it looked like her forehead lines had reduced. She also looked way more hydrated and brighter if that makes sense.
I’m a dishwasher working 6 days/week and my hands are perpetually wrinkled and peeling. I used to drink maybe 4 glasses of water a day and so much energy drinks and sodas. I sweat a lot at work because I’m near a huge commercial dishwasher, ovens, fryers, and grills, plus I only use hot water to rinse dishes so I’m constantly dehydrated. I found that my nails would snap off too which was scary. I decided to give up soft drinks cause I just started gyming and drinking at least 2-3 litres of water a day. The skin on my hands and nails repaired so well after a week which was amazing to me. All my money would be spent on buying expensive hand creams for nothing lol. Water is really the secret haha
@@JakkuRobloxWhere I work there is a food service and I found out how much the dishwashers were making and I was floored.😮 My point is don't judge. He or she may love their job but you have a problem with it...
It’s actually dangerous for your kidneys bc it over works them! As a child under 10 I used to drink a cup of diluted juice at lunch time with the other school kids and I had amazing clear skin. As I went from teen to age 35 I had spots on an off most days but as soon as I hit 35 my spots completely stopped on my face and that is what I know know is hormones are to blame!
Actually, it's not, if it's spread out over several hours. If you drink an entire gallon at once, then that can cause kidney failure. Most people have kidney issues because they don't drink enough water and the toxins aren't being flushed out properly so they just sit in the body.
If you wait until you feel thirsty to drink, you're already dehydrated. Also, some people don't recognize what thirsty feels like. A gallon spread out over an entire 12 to 16-hour day is totally fine. If you glug a gallon down in a few minutes, then you're going to have problems.
It’s disgusting to drink water only to look better . Focus on how it helps your organs and your energy , not how it “makes your skin glow” and like painkiller said , this is simply the placebo affect
There is no letting an another individual do something. They will just pick up something and throw it at you if they get pissed and the urge strikes. You really have to work with them on why throwing isn't allowed.
🙄 how about you try drinking nothing but water and see the results for yourself. this isn’t edited. Water does wonders for us. I used to roll my eyes at people who would say drink water it’ll benefit you until I did it myself and saw amazing results especially with my under eyes.
That depends on the number of ounces, for example 15 8oz glasses a day would be just under 2 gallons, however if it's only 4oz glasses then it would be just under a gallon.
Its true due to dehydration your cognitive functioning declined brain got foggy due to dehydration which causes short term and long term memory loss and inability to focus
