My knees hurt just looking at this trail. Liberty Springs trail is the epitome of a White Mountains hike and never ending suck. You didn't miss anything by bypassing Liberty. You can see the same view on The Ridge. You got a sweet day on The Ridge. The videos from last years through hikes, that I saw, were totally socked in. I had to cut one video short as the guy was bad mouthing day hikers and I don't take kindly to bad mouthing day hikers as those day hikers are probably locals, like myself and y'all are in OUR backyard.
@@PaulsWanderings That is true. I learned that the "AT" through the Whites goes by the names of the trail that the AT shares and I respect that. I've tried to respect everybody in each area that the trail goes through, so long as it's reciprocated.
