ara u should try this i know its late but i jaust wanna help u (first wakeup at 6am then brush ur teeth and start ur workout atleast 1 hour after worlout drink coconut water then if u can take hot fog bath about 15 min and them wait for 15 min then take normal bath then eat some soked dryfruits and for breakfast u should eat some little heavly food like some fruits or toast and egg or yogurt withfruits after that at lunch time eat something light like amrican type salad only or oil free vegetable with roti then go for a evening walk about 1 hour while walking do drink warm water and for dinner eat oil free food but something light then go for a sleep 😊) ibknow that while weight loss journey u can get dullness or weakness so do sknicare and eat that which is light weighted but high in energy and protien most importantly eat but not too much cuz some people think that it is not fatty so could eat it soo be carefulll❤
