1.Lemon water or with honey in morning 2. Soaked Almonds in morning 3. Breakfast - Veg poha with vegetables 4. Before lunch- Fruit Yogurt 5.lunch- multigrain roti and sabji (gobi) with fresh lemon juice) with Salad too 6. Workout (yoga, running, walking) with Roasted channa (sattu)drink after workout 7.Evening snack - bhel (homemade) with tea or green tea 8. Dinner - vegetable dalia 9. Get good sleep (This is only 1 day diet, she has different plans for all week. For me one plan is enough)

Hello mam I am 75 kg, isliye Maine ek health plan le liya tha Bina jyada kuchh soche kyuki mujhe apna weight loss karna tha, uske baad se hi aapke videos dikh gaye mujhe RU-vid me ab main kya karu mujhe aapka diet plan jyada achcha lag raha hai. To kya main pahle wala health plan chhod dungi to koi side effects hoga,. Kyuki main aapke batae jaisa weight loss karna chahti hu 😢

Hi Gunjan...since 3 weeks i have stopped taking refined sugar and products made from refined sugar...and it has given super awesome results...and really like your motivating videos very much especially the diet plans...the way you said...no refined sugar in the tea...that must have really hit hard hardcore tea lovers...🤣🤣🤣...keep it up...👍👍👍...regularly watching all ur videos..All the best.

Followed this diet plan by combining it with intermittent fasting.... I reduced 2.5 kgs in 10 days. These food options are sustainable and we need not reduce weight painfully by eating salads only.

Hi ma'am.... Parag this side I kindly request you to guide me Early morning6.30 I take warm water with lemon after 20 mins sattu & small piece of dark chocolate.7 am Do heavy workout at after workout I take protein shake+ soke almonds walnuts and anjeer with warm shilajit milk. 10am lunch and goes for field work 3pm black tea , 6pm green tea 9.30 lunch.

Since we use these persistent elements that transition across pages to indicate some kind of relationship between the previous and the next states, some of your transitions confuse me because I can't immediately see what the relationship is. For example 2:23 of the selectable tiles (which weren't selected) transition into being two switches... does that mean anything? are they related in some way? I see this as random and a bad use of the design language. However, at 1:14 I like the transition from switches to the ticks on a paper, that makes sense to me. Epic presentation tho

Ma'am is it actually possible to lose weight by just working out? I'm currently 70 kg and I really want to lose 10 kg😭 .For this Weight I sometimes can't wear the dress I want to wear 😢.I sometimes also feel a little low or insecure ( though I shouldn't be , I'm not ashamed of my body ,I just want to keep it in a shape ) Ma'am it's not possible for me to follow any particular diet plan for some reasons.If I workout on daily basis ,is it possible to lose 10 kg ? And how much should I lose every month ?

Control yr carbs and increase intake of salad ,do minfull eating,chew a bite for 32 times,try to eat homemade food,workout for 30 min walk,dance,swim any form of aerobic u ll have great health and u ll loose weight permanently and have great metabolism

It is definitely possible to loose 10 kgs..but don't try to do it in one go take your time do it slowly and over time so that you don't have loose skin overall. I too have the same problem but I'm improving daily and so can you.

I have tried to calculate the calorie and protein for the first day which comes to 830cal and only 23gm protein which as per my understanding is very low. Just 23gm of protein where all of you say it is very important to have high protein diet for body.

If you want to calculate then take weekly avg of everything. We believe in long term results. 1 day can’t suffice everything. It’s a balanced meal plan. PS: don’t forget about sattu drinks, milk, buttermilk etc in your calculations 😊

Yes, u r right. Even their high protein diets have less than 15% protein. U may want to add protein powder with it to have additional 23-24 his of protein specially if u r vegan or vegetarian.

ek taraf u say ki I M WOW mein filling foods hote he, and on the other way you say to remove potato... Its good to add potato especially in night because of its high satiating effect which will fill our stomach. for those who say its calorie dense or sugar dense.. let me clear this, in 50gm raw rice or 150gm cooked rice is equivalent to 250gm of raw potato. its a high fodmap food which will keep us full for any normal and active individual. not for any medical patient(doctor's advice needed).

Hi Gunjan, 1)I can’t make Rotis bcos of my Carpal tunnel surgery😢. And I don’t like Shop bought oily rotis in USA ---so can I have Kinua instead? 2) I can’t squeeze Lemons & if I buy from shop, it’s full of Preservatives 😢. So can I replace it with ACV ? 3)We get milk (0 Fat, 1%,2% & whole) in USA. So can I take 2% fat milk, bcos 0 &1% milk is like water 😢.
