Day 15 of my ramen challenge - Ramen Chips with Crab Rangoon Dip 

We’re halfway through the challenge!

I love how creative lisa gets with series like this, even though taste wise(mostly due to the ramen chip) wasn't all that good, she still made a pretty good looking dip and just experimented a good bit, which is cool 👌🏾

I just love crab rangoons!! If you forget to season the chips, just spray them with a little butter spray or olice oil spray then season them.

Everytime the word "crab Rangoon" pops up, I get the feeling Pagan Min is watching.

My favorite noodle combo is Samyang stew type green onion mozzarella rice cakes let the broth seep into the noodles OOOOOOHH heaven in a bowl 😊

For day 16, you should recreate a ramen dish from the first challenge OR try 3x spicy noodles

Hey Lisa, I am curious about your method of cooking on homemade chips. Why not you frying in oil? I think it would make difference in taste and crispy.

The ramen chips are a great idea 💡.Did you think of other dips you can try like queso fundido which is spicy 🔥 chorizo 🌭 sausage with melty Mexican cheese.

I really loved your idea of making ramen chips...and for flavour you could add seasoning in the dry ramen flour and then make a dough..it will sure be flavourful then...love from india🇮🇳

Just a little suggestion here, wouldn't it have made more sense just to break the noodles into quarters and fry it and then use it as the chip?

Can’t believe the instant ramen chips tasted like instant ramen

I’m an Indian here! So I have a recipe for whoever wants to try! All you Indians out there might know about “pav” Used commonly in the dish “pav bhaji” It’s sort of like a bun which is usually shaken or shallow fried with butter. Much crispier and stretchier than bread. So I challenge you to make something me and my cousin created. The s’morepav! I’m sure you know about the classic s’more, consisting of chocolate, marshmallows, and gram crackers. But we added our own twist. First, take a pan, and take a pav. Cut the pav in half Spread butter on one side of the pav. Then put the pan on low heat, and put the pav side on. Once the side is golden brown, take it out, and let it cool slightly on a plate, Then take the other side of the pav and spread some Nutella on it. ( if you don’t have Nutella, you can melt chocolate. Or use any other chocolate spread ) Then add some marshmallow fluff to the same side. ( if you don’t have that, then melt some marshmallows slightly ) Close the pav and tada ! You’ve got a s’morepav! Tip: for the warmest pav, keep one side ready with the marshmallow fluff and Nutella. And then shallow fry the other side. So when the side is golden brown and you take it off, you can directly close it and enjoy! It is the perfect balance of flavours and textures, with the fluffyness and sweetness from the marshmallow fluff and Nutella, and the saltiness from the pav. If you want a nice kick, I suggest adding chilli flakes. Or if you want some nuttiness, add peanut butter. I really admire Lisa’s cooking videos and have been watching her for 2 years now. And one thing I have learned is that she loves trying different flavours and textures. And is open to new things. I really hope you try this out Lisa. And even if you don’t make a video on it, I’m sure many other food fans,sweet tooth’s and Indians will love this recipe. -maya
