The instructions here were a game changer, especially in kneeling. Spaces opened up that hadn't previously and the mobility in the thoracic spine has be breathing fuller and wider. Thank you, Tim and Vivian!
Holly heck my balance continues to be challenged!!!! Thanks Vivian and Tim there's is a long way to go for me but I'm still giving it a go. I am hoping my arms get longer as my big toe seems to be a lot further away at the moment. I am having some success though with flexibility and strength. Thank you and see you tomorrow

Did this practice after a run through the fresh snow. The view of a warm California sunset warmed my soul right up! Loved the transitions in this one, very good flow.
This was great - feel myself getting stronger and my hips opening up a bit!! 💪 The direction is perfect, Tim, and allows me to focus on what is important.
I loved this class; the flow, the cues and the nice stretches at the end. The child's pose at the begining helped me to stay focused on my breath for the rest of the practice too, which is usually really hard for me.
