Hi sis I'm kiruthika I'm really happy. I lost 5kg in 2 months. Nan Dec 4 la irunthu weight loss try panren. Dec starting la 79kg irunthen, then January 18, 77kg, then now my Weight is 74.1kg. Morning started with jeera Water At8 :1 cup coffee with naatu sarkarai Breakfast:fruits (1 banana and 1 glass of watermelon juice) At 11am:2 dates, 6 pista Lunch:white rice with keerai paruppu kadayal. Dinner:1 banana and 1 glass of milk. Exercise:76 minutes cycling, 15 minutes walking, 25 counts of thoppukaranam.

Today mor wake up 5 o'clock heavy wrk again 5.30 to 7.30 I was slept. Hot zeera water 200 ml, bf 9clock Itly upma one and half cups, coffee 1cup 1 tablespoon sugar, one day full of walking, lunch 2 clock 1 cup of rice, Sambar, pudalankai porial, buttermilk 200ml, silly Tea Eve 100ml yesterday zumba 700 counts 6.45 2 dosa, hot water zumba half a hour pannanum Inimale than sis mathiyam rest edukala.
