Several years ago my stylist told me to wash my hair less often. Since my hair was “conditioned” to being washed every day it took a while for my hair to accept the change. But it was a GAME CHANGER for me in terms of the health of my hair but more importantly time! When I wash my hair I often dry without any product as I feel it has more bounce and volume. On the second day I may just dampen slightly and style with a round brush or use a curling iron to add light beach waves. Third day, I always use a flat iron or curling iron to add curl/waves. I may or may not add some product before and after. Day 4, wash again…. Thanks for your videos
I use L'ange products. I have fine, thin hair that waves/frizzes easily. I use Thick It, whip mousse OR glaze hair lotion, grand debut root booster in a couple of spots, and then either a bit of Posh or Thermal Magique. I don't have the "oily issue" on day 2 - just no volume, no matter what I do.
Start with Davines leave-in spray; then blow dry cream. That’s all. I used to use a lot more. My hair is coming out much better. You are amazing, and I’ve been following only you for a long time. Maybe because we’re both TexAS girls!
I just ordered the products you use. I have fine hair and at 59 have never never used product or styled it past the blow dry! Super excited to get my goodies and practice and use them 🙂
I have cat fur fine, dry, gray hair with just enough curl in it to look like witchy poo! My hair almost never gets oily and I usually only wash it twice weekly. I use volumizing spray, volumizing mousse and curl defining cream before drying by scrunching and using a defuser on low heat and speed. Once semi dry I let it air dry the rest of the way and then use texturing creme and holding hairspray. Sometimes I will use my straightening iron to curl in beachy waves. Lasts, with additional product use for most of a week.
I have thick hair, just recently got it cut halfway above my shoulder, 11 inches. Whether I have short or long hair I let it air-dry. still figuring out how many days i can make the short hair last. with my long hair i washed it every 2-3 days. I never use product and don't use heat unless it looks awful. I don't use product because the thickness of my hair (mainly when it's long) weights down enough with the natural oils that I would wait longer, but I clean because the weight gives me headaches.
Do you know why the bleached ends of my hair turned pink! yesterday when using my curling iron ? I figured out it was my favorite, but cheapo, dry shampoo (I think). Do you know why this happened and what I should use instead? The pink washed out in the shower thank goodness!
Hair help!! I have thin hair. I have a Bob cut and the humidity kills me. Can you please share with me why you use 4 products before styling and what each product tackles?? I want to buy them and be aware of what product fixes what problem. And is there a particular order I must put them in my hair? Please please! I emailed you also!
Hey Krysten! I would recommend taking the Hair Quiz on L'ange's site. You can enter in your hair type and what styles you are trying to achieve then they recommend products from there. Let me know if you have any questions after their recommendations XO! t.langehair.com/SHDG3
Angela my hair is similar. I love using L'ange Glaze hair lotion, Sorbet and Posh...Salt & Sea Spray, too. You can check those out here: t.langehair.com/SHWN
It's the Le Clip (black is currently sold out, but there is another color) 1” (25MM) Titanium Curling Iron. You can check it out here: t.langehair.com/SHWN
Hey Brit. I am sorry, but I am not totally understanding your comment. If you would like, you can email me at jocelyn@fitmissionmakeup.com with any questions. XO!

Seal salt spray I use when wanting bed head hair. I do get highlights all over my hair. Want more heights on top without hard work something to get out the door.. Thank You julie
