WOW those Yorkshires were Huge Keith and just the way i prefer them nice n Crispy and that looked delicious and i love the way you mix things up, using that Mash saves with all the washing up too deffo looked a Lush meal that does, no wonder your Nat is beaming 🙂 terrific as usual

Hi keith,not done that in years,used to do the kids that when they were younger,dinner in a large yorkie,used to put potatoe ash in them too xx😊

Those Yorkshire puds look amazing , you would be surprised how many folk can’t make them , casserole looked good but I wouldn’t have had powdered mash but good you gave a review on them and you said they were nice , expensive for what you get opposed to real spuds . Nice one Keith 👍👍oh nice one freezing the yorkies 👍👍they looked first class

I've tried the, non- cheese variant of that instant mash, in the red coloured sachet, in the past. I am very particular about the finished consistency when preparing instant mash, if it's too wet and sloppy, i don't enjoy it, and it will be too hot to eat, I usually cut the boiling water to 75% of what is listed on the pack, regardless of what brand it is.

Most supermarkets do readymade fresh mash for £1 and it’s quite good 😊. Lovely puds 👍

Maybe do 2 sachets of casserole mix but same amount of sausages so you got more gravy??!! Just an idea.xx

Thanks Keith and nat what a lovely filling meal I love sausage and mash and I got one of those packet mash ages ago so il have it for tea one night I can't wait what you do next I say rhe chilli mix I've got boneless skinned chicken thighs in the freezer and a casserole mix I'll do it for tea tomorrow I'm out with my sister today and have a meal out so it's a snack for me tonight you both have a lovely day love to you both fran xxx❤

That looks absolutely spot on Keith. Maybe just a bit more water next time and you will have a little bit more sauce, but other than that it was a proper home meal. Nom nom. 😊
