Five lbs is better than nothing, at least you’re aware of your limitations. Never hurts to start with what feels right and such. Since you can always move up however much if you feel like you need to move up to a higher weight or something like that. Nothing to worry about or feel bad /weird about we’re all different. Starting out with less is better than going too heavy too quickly since you’re less likely to get hurt with something you’re already comfortable with and all that.
