Hi Karen! We're so behind on vlogging and life! LOL This video has been on our pending folder for the longest. Love the connections that you're making here to raise awareness. We enjoy a good veggie pattie. Nabol makes the tastiest black bean patties. Had no idea flatbread were so easy to make. That will make you full for sure. Glad you're seeing progress.

I am exactly the same! I have a pile in my watch later file as well. I also make a good kidney bean veggie burger ... was thinking of doing a video on it as I think four burgers cost about 35 cents ...

Day 2 is done and I have also been able to contribute to this great cause. Really appreciate you highlighting those who don't have enough. Crazy how water is something we take for granted. I like flatbread, but so hard to limit to what you have.

Karen Luuk I noticed that on my channel and even to my regulars who I know watch my videos. I now just go on my mac and go to RU-vid Studio and it filters to all the videos I have not commented on (that are not spam). You’ll be surprised when you go back.

I have that all set up. But often when I reply, the wheels spins - and then my reply is deleted. It also doesn’t pick up replies to my reply if you know what I mean (like your last comment to me that I am replying to now!!). Please know this is the problem if I don’t get back to you straight away 🙏🌷🥰

Wow the difference between last year and this year is amazing! You're doing an awesome job, Karen. Side note, I was just telling my friend Stacey (who also lives in the south of Wales) that my great great grandparents came from Glamorgan and Monmouthshire, and I've always wanted to visit someday. My great great grandfather sang with the Welsh Men's Choir, and had returned to Wales in the early 1920s to sing with them, and passed away on his return journey back to America. One of these days we'll get back to the UK!❤️

Well the food is better this year for sure! Thanks for your never ending support. Glamorgan is just east of me - includes Cardiff. Swansea is in West Glamorgan. Monmouthshire is gorgeous. I mean super gorgeous. Quite posh as well. It is well worth a visit. Have you seen my two videos on Wales? From the very early days - so editing is a bit, well, rough around the edges. And no camera. Just my 4S iPhone 😂. So forgive me 🙏

Rice fatigue is approaching 😂. But the milk has really been a game changer for me. Thanks so much for your kind words. Just finished work so time to edit today’s video. Going to be another late one I think 😴. I am definitely not the daily vlogging type 🤤

Well, to be honest, most daily vloggers don't do a whole lot of editing. But editing is the part I love the most. I can't bear not to do it. So ... lots of late nights!!! haha!!
