Wsalam dear… ap ney Abi weight lose kiya hai isliye ap Plan 3 strictly follow karein, bas rice week main 1 bar lein. Us k exactly 15 days k bhad Plan 1 follow krein. Aur phir Plan 2! Plan 3 for 15 days….Plan 1 for 15 days & Plan 2 for 15days. And please agar koi b question ho kabi b kahin tough ho tu bata dein
