I found your channel and let me tell you, you before and after lifting weights and on rest days has been the best thing ever! Not only is it helping with recovery but its helping my range of motion. THANK YOU!! I appreciated this series so much. I’m on a transition physically and spiritually to be a better version of myself. This is helping so much. I would like to continue my practice and maybe spend 30 minutes or more. I’m guessing I should look at the class and adjust to my level.
