You have to start and work things out as you go. Make mistakes and correct them. if you wait for the perfect plan then you'll never make progress

Sleep early and get enough sleep then wake up 3 hours before your regular time and write then go to work.. you can do this 4 days a week. Then take a rest on Friday morning and continue writing over the weekend any time you feel comfortable.. The most important thing I have discovered is to know your writing time (the time that really helps you write and focus on what you are writing). For instance, if you are a morning person, you may use the time before work to write. If you are an evening person, you may take one or two hours to rest from work and write for 3 hours then go to sleep. When you plan to write, just focus on writing and leave the other things later (I mean using endnote while writing may take time) just type the reference and keep on writing. You can edit these things later after getting done each section, not the entire paper. Finally, pardon my English and good luck.
