Welcome to Day 26 of the #30Minute Pilates Challenge. This Whole Leg Advance Pilates Workout is based on your requests and designed to help you tone your thighs, calves and your whole legs. Enjoy and have a great day friends!
Let’s do it together and comment when you complete, so you can keep track and we can also encourage each other to complete it everyday. And don’t forget to share with your friends and family to make this challenge more fun. You don’t have to be a part of the challenge to do this, just come as you are and enjoy!

If you cannot join this challenge daily, you can make a goal of completing it in a certain days, for example, “I will complete this one in 45 days”. Or can just do what make you feel best.

Hi Hannah!!! So great!!! Yesterday, with my family and friends, We walked more than 20km in a wonderful nature of an island of the north of Montreal: it was amazing of reenergizing my body, But after the walk I feel pain back of my right knee: so your pilates of whole leg advance was really which I needed. Thank you Hannah! And now, I continue with the day 27: Gratitude Hannah for your daily gift! Namaste.
