You should make a Ukrainian bread! It’s the breadbasket of Europe for a reason and it would be a good way to appreciate the culture while these hard times are happening.
I'd love you to make Irish brown bread/Soda Bread. It's so easy and super delicious just toasted with salted butter spread on it when it's still hot so it all melts. 🤤
Focaccia should have crispy edges, which can be achieved by baking it in a dark-colored baking tray. Using a Plexiglass pan will cause the focaccia to steam, giving you something closer to a deep-dish pizza (without the crispy crust at that).
@@factcheckingyourmum Yes! The dark-colored bake tray will absorb heat better than a light-colored one (all else being equal, such as the material of the pan), resulting in more heat transfer to the food. I learned this on America's Test Kitchen, then tested it myself by baking cakes and frozen pizzas using dark/light pans and trays. Cakes came out darker, and pizzas were crustier. NOTE: It's also easier to burn foods baked/cooked in dark pans and trays for the same reason mentioned.
Day 4 of asking jeanell to make avocado bread which inclued 2 ripe avocados, flour, sugars, 3 eggs and baking powder Yes, no butter or oil because the fat will be the avocados If you want to try, here it is Start with 2 ripe avocados cut and scoop to a bowl +Then add 3 quarters of a cups of sugars + Mix those together then add 3 eggs and mix + For dry ingredients: add 2 cups of flour and one and a half teaspoon of baking powder + Bring it all together then fold until you have a dough + Put the mixture in a loaf pan if you have one or something else then bake it at 350F for 45-50 minutes ( or longer depend in your oven) + Let it cool and enjoy
You HAVE to make shakoy! In Cebu we call it Shakoy, I think other regions in the Philippines call it Lubid-lubid/Bicho-bicho. Its a twisted fried doughnut and ITS SO GOOD. Please do make some Jeanelle!
Day 23 of asking until Jeanelle sees this comment: Jeanelle! You should make a Hunger Games inspired bread. I was thinking you could make the bread that Peeta gave to Katniss that saved her family. In the book, she describes it as "Good hearty bread, filled with raisins and nuts." Just maybe don't burn it like Peeta did😅 I'm losing hope, y'all! Blow this up so she can see it!💛

Ohh could you try to make roti. Its close to Naan bread but this is what my Caribbean family makes to eat with curry. We also get to poke each piece down with our fingers like you did with the foccacia
