the hip thrust I don't keep my feet flat I keep my toes pointed up to the ceiling. helps me feel my glutes better.

Do bench vary in terms of height? As a 5'3 person find that using bench here is hard for wrong reasons.

Guys that's an awesome channel I love it, I always make sure to watch ur videos when I get the notification, but I have a question for this programm that I just started, I've never lifted weights in my life (I train only bodyweight) and I wanted to know : how much weight I got to put on these exercices ?

Justin's form/stability/mobility is proppaah just his right leg is slightly out in the hip thrust. so nice to see him do these.
