Day 3 - Montane Dragon's Back Race® 2021 🏴󠁧󠁢󠁷󠁬󠁳󠁿 

As our Dragons journey over Cadair Idris and on into Mid Wales 🏴󠁧󠁢󠁷󠁬󠁳󠁿 it is clear that camaraderie is key at this stage of the race 😉 and new friends found on the trail are helping our participants through the long 70km route on day three 🗺 The end of the day sees one more hill in the beautiful summit of Pumlumon Fawr - the highest point of the extensive Cambrian Mountains ⛰
