We are going to spend 15 Minute for this Upper Body Pilates Workout on Day 4 of the 30 day Pilates workout series IN. I hope this one will give you some more energy by combining those standing and on-the-mat movements together. We'll start with a deep breath, finish with another deep breath and a lot more calm. This is my favorite way to start my day. I have no idea how you make working out so relaxing (and yet I can feel my muscles working), but I always end these workouts feeling so peaceful and relaxed.

Oh my… day 4 was def a challenge, I didn’t realized how much my upper body strength declined after my accident a couple years ago. I’m going to do this again tonight before bed. See you tomorrow. Day 5

Thank you for this workout playlist... Actually I enjoy a lot by this workout session , it doesn't feel like I am doing any workout It feels like I am just moving my body happily,.. I love your program so much! I think it would be so nice if you left some extra music at the end of your videos. I love to meditate at the end of your workout, but loud videos play every time your video ends. If there could be like five extra minutes, that would be so amazing. ❤

love it but each day pilates seems so short that I had to combine days together. It would be great at least 30-45 minutes long.

I'm quite confused. Really loved your Day 1 and 2 Full Body Pilates 30 day workout challenge 2023, but now, I'm not sure if I'm still on the same series. The name has changed to IN and At-Home Mindful - is this the same series?
