The concept of the CLAP MV is so unique and creative. During the CLAP era, they also released several MVs for the leader line, hip hop unit, vocal unit and performance unit. In the CLAP MV, which was the title track for the Teen,Age album, they showed the process of how an MV is made. Hoshi is the boss in the MV and the different units are submitting their ideas for the MVs of the other unit MVs (Change Up, Trauma, Pinwheel and Lilili Yabbay). The props used in these unit MVs can be found in the CLAP MV. You can see Hoshi rejecting vocal unit and hhu's ideas and only accepting performance unit's work, which was really funny. You can also see bits of their older MVs like the greenscreen in Adore U (carrying car), the group photo with Scoups jumping for Mansae, the basketball for Mansae and Aju Nice, etc. Anyway, this MV shows just how much hands on they are in the creation of their music from when it's just a melody to lyrics to production to photoshoot and concepts and even the MV. Though this is of course a concept for an MV, this is very much true in real life as they are very much involved in the ENTIRE PROCESS of whatever they release. Which leads us to THANKS MV which is a thank you song for Carats. The MV shows a similar concept in a way. When they're on a bus going to and coming from their schedules, tired and asleep. And how the vocal team discuss their music in groups and over having snacks, practice and create choreo in the practice room for the performance team, and the hip hop team writing their own lyrics/rap to the song and recording in the studio. It shows that all these they are doing for Carats and at the same time thanking Carats for making it possible for them to do this. And the best part is that they incorporated sign language in the choreography to say thank you and even the formation forms "THX". It's really sincere and heart warming. If you watch the behind the scenes they release, or HIT THE ROAD and INSIDE SEVENTEEN, you will be able understand just how involved they are in the entire process of creating their music until the very last detail of their every comeback.

I have been a Carat for almost 6 years now and Hoshi is still my bias in SVT. However, I truly love the rest of the members equally, just that I adore Hoshi a bit more. Basically none in SVT that I don't like, those boys are equally talented, equally loveable, equally funny and SVT is just not the same if one of the members leave. I am happy they have just re-signed their contract with Pledis. It means we will still listen to more of their songs and watch their dorkiness for another 6-7 years.

OT13 here! I just let go the idea of having biases in SVT and just embraced how they are amazing in their unique ways.

Thanks by Seventeen was made for Carats a special thanks to Carats, Jihoon or Woozi shared it to the fans (they listen to the demo or guide of it on a fanmeet) beforehand the album was decided. And Thanks is known for it's choreography because they made a part with a THX sign, and the part that seems like a pinky swear is symbolized as Carats and Seventeen will always locked with each other ❤️ that's why it would be better to watch choreography video for you guys to see every message of every MVs special the emotional MVs

Watching their mvs again with these reactions of yours, i too was impressed at the fact that SVT's mvs have always been so diverse and creative. They never really had a concept to begin with, so it gave their production/creative team so much freedom i suppose at creating the visual support for their songs and to have fun shooting for a mv.

As I'm sure other Carats (their fandom) have probably mentioned Thanks has sign language as well as visual Hangul in the actual perform. These are the type of qualites, the boys bring to their craft. Plus, SVT is known for doing part switch performances, as well as other hilarious and unique performances, that I think you all would enjoy.
