My first time on Whole30 was 2016 and since then I’ve been on “ My WH30” at least 15 times, every time I’ve followed every eating do’s or don’t… but all along I’ve been a cigarette smoker , I’m fully aware it’s not accepted nor considered as doing whole 30 , but I’m proud I’ve managed it. I an for ever great full for Melissa Urban and, it starts with food book ❤ Question - when I start my next Whole30 & attempt to stop smoking, how do I fill in those hours spent on smoking throughout my day it is not so much the habit that s difficult to let go itself but it’s also the amount of time it consumed..😮
My first Whole 30 was January 2022. I killed it until December, Not only was I hit with Christmas but my husband, my grandson and my birthdays are December 10th through 30th. Oh then there New Years Day and all those tradition good luck foods. The sugar in all the celebratory foods destroyed my stomach. For 11 months I was a Rockstar of Whole 30. Felt so good to go back to the beginning of Whole 30 just four days ago. Oh and I vape.

That’s why I haven’t purchased an air fryer yet, but I want to get one and think I would use it way more than an Instapot. The other issue is trying to find the best one. Which one did you get or what brand is recommended?
We would just recommend doing a quick search for “non-toxic air fryers” in your local area! Usually they aren’t too pricey, but they are so worth the investment 👍🫶
The only thing I leave on my countertops is my coffee maker. All of my other small appliances including the toaster are store in cabinets or the pantry.🖐
It's not NECESSARY, but it sure is delicious! I'm not sure you have to learn to like it, but have you tried different textures? Maybe blending it into a smooth puree and drizzling it over your chicken salad or turning it into a dressing would work better for you; sometimes it's a texture thing.
Herbal teas are allowed as long as they do not include any sweeteners (artificial or natural). As far as chewing gum, we would consider this a “no” food during the elimination phase as well.
