Hi You are doing great, teaching yoga classes free of cost. But while teaching u are changing yoga poses quickly, which is really hard for the beginner or people with overweight. Such as video clip from 6:42 to 7:27 . They can’t switch that fast. Could you pls switch slowly so that the beginner or people with overweight can do it.
