damn, so up and down this game! GG Patrick! Also, while we like when you're doing good, we keep watching because we think you're entertaining and calming :)

Great win. A little iffy thought process in the middle game and a little iffy endgame technique, but you maintained great composure and found your way through a tricky moment towards the end. Great game!

Way to keep the composure after the mouse slip

Congratulations on the win. Ask yourself EVERY move "what is my opponent's next move?" Focus on that and try and prevent his plans. Choose the move that does this whilst also improving your pieces and position. Keep it simple. What is his next move? Develop. Improve your pieces and position. Checks captures and attacks. Example: Just before your mouse slip: what was your opponents next move? Answer? To take your Bishop or if you moved your Bishop, take your pawn. Why let him do this? Move your Bishop to defend your knight, THEN trap his Bishop. He can't take the pawn without losing his Bishop and if he exchanges his Bishop for your knight, you take back with your Bishop and defend the pawn once more from a better square. There is a reason I harp on about these principles. They WORK!

A little messy but sticking with the focus, especially after the mouse slip, is admirable to me. Keep on keepin' on, brutha!

Patrick You decide you don't like g4 which wins a whole bishop for a pawn, so delay it then when he moves his queen and attacks your bishop on a6 you ignore a WHOLE PIECE and decide that g4 is good then ?????? really the computer says after the g4 you wanted to play drops to +1.4 NOT because your "king is super weak" as you say but because you have dropped a whole piece the bishop on a6, you can NOT give away a piece ever unless you have big compensation, at 2000 which I am I can play equal with a GM a piece up its that big a deal.
@zigachad7577
@zigachad7577 Месяц назад
Yeah why is he attacking the opponents bishop and opening up his king when queens are still on the board. There is no way to hold on to the pawn just retreat the bishop.

I will play the Vienna Gambit and that knight, the kingside one, i will try not to hang it. This is chess, this is chess, yes you know it. I will try I will try not to blow it. Qa4 looks playable. Why not g4 winning a piece? Instead on N1d2 oh sorry about the mouse slip, so you saw it. Qg2 looks better. It defends h3 and it still is on the good diagonal and protected. You did not even consider it. Why? You want to take the pawn. Stop dithering. wasting time. I'm out of time, you will say later. Nice, he did not see that, and goodbye rook with check. This is chess, this is chess, and you showed it. ++

7:17 You should’ve played g4 here. You even mention that you can play it 14:55 Rxe4 was not a good move. If they take your rook, you take the queen but then they take your other rook. Then you end up with a queen against two rooks and a bishop, which is losing.
@steve.k4735
@steve.k4735 Месяц назад
rxp pxp .. rxq bxr .. bxb its then q and bishop v two rooks you missed that after black takes the rook with his bishop that same black bishop is undefended
