In my experience, the hands are what hurt the most, the feet are a runner up but the balls know how to stay warm so they dont hurt that much. Thsy still hurt like hell tho

Please be careful anyone doing this should have a spotter. It is possible for your body to go into shock from drastic temperature change and your muscles could lock up causing you to drown. BE CAREFUL!!!
Yeah but he was using the wim hof method , which is a breathing technique used by the ice man aka wim hof. The same men who climbed mount Everest ( didn't fully climb to the top ) with just shorts and sandals, he has broken records on been on placed on ice baths without his body temperature dropping and all he said he does is do the wim Hof method a breathing technique he basically has mastered for a long time.
Man that icy plunge actually does help out your body specially, if there’s a lot of inflammation in your body all your joints, I’d be taking cold showers and no warm water anymore and it actually does good for your skin and your aches and pains surprise me
If you dunk your head straight away it activates the parasympathetic nervous system which lowers your heart rate and makes you more tolerable to stress 👍
@toshibalaptop2613 no, for beginners you could die as your body's central nervous system has never expierenced such a cold shock before. It's not about being weak, it's about pushing yourself to the limit without harming yourself to the point of death or severe nerve damage.
I never do leg day cause I do running and my legs are half muscles and fat whenever I do squats my leg just broaden very very much My upper body is slim not very defined muscles so my legs look very very weird and don't want my legs to be more broad so I don't do squats

In the morning if my face is a little puffy I'll put on an ice pack while doing stomach crunches. I can do 1000 now. After I remove the ice pack I use a deep pore cleanser lotion. In the shower I use a water activated gel cleanser, then a honey almond body scrub, and on the face an exfoliating gel scrub. Then I apply an herb-mint facial mask which I leave on for 10 minutes while I prepare the rest of my routine. I always use an after shave lotion with little or no alcohol, because alcohol dries your face out and makes you look older. Then moisturizer, then an anti-aging eye balm followed by a final moisturizing protective lotion.

I was watching this & my paralyzed neighbor came over & we watched it together. He said that this changed his life & touched his heart. Not only did he miraculously start to walk again but he then went & rented a projector in a big field & my entire town watched it & it changed their lives too. We are so grateful. I do recommend you do these with someone nearby. If you go into shock, at least someone can help pull you out. Meanwhile, these work very good for blood circulation, and pain relief.
