experiencing health challenges, incorporating the V challenge into my routine has been transformative. Initially hesitant, I embraced the adventurous spirit. The exercises, especially the 100, have strengthened my body and brought joy to my fitness journey. Grateful for this refreshing approach to Aspect Health. 🌟

Day 5 done :) The soreness is going back. I never did a reverse plank and had to put all my energy - on my elbows - to even just stay in a plank, forget putting my legs up ^^'

For the move at 13:50, I am wondering what are some ways to work towards doing that apart from being on the forearms? My wrists aren't the issue, I'm just not strong enough in the ab area (at least that's how it feels). Thank you!
