HI Mikey and Nate. Thank you so much for offering this course. Years ago I had your balance DVD's but it slipped out of my routine and I no longer have a way to play DVD's! Thank you for helping to get me back on track. Reminding us to practice balance with our eyes closed is such a great aspect. It is SO much more difficult than with eyes open. However, I did improve my score by 57% this week! Nate, my condolences on the loss of your grandmother. Thank you to both of you. Wishing you health!

Thanks Nate and Mikey for the fun as well as challenging session. I could not do the coming down on knees and getting up routine. Apparently it is important but since I use my hands and arms to bring myself down and not the knees, it is rather a slow process for me. I did improve my balance in 5 weeks and I plan on continuing the 5 day routine.

Congratulations on completing the 5 Days Sureshrani and we're glad you saw an improvement! Yes, getting down and up from the floor can be very challenging, however it's very important to find a safe way to do it. Using your hands and arms instead of the knees is a good idea. It will be important to keep your arms strong in that case - we include some arm strengthening practices in our full 3 Weeks to Better Balance Course - I think you'll enjoy that! Thanks for sharing and keep it up!

Good workout. Clearly my left side is weaker than my right. Good to do this over and over again. Didn't have a ball so used a soup can - felt great on the bottom of my feet. Passed the balance test, but give the credit to doing Qi Gong for the past couple of months every day. Thanks, Nate and Mikey!

Yes, sometimes you have to be resourceful! The benefits of one class can help support the other classes too - glad you're enjoying it!

Thanks Diane! We really appreciate your support and glad that it was helpful. You have always been a pioneer to see all the techniques as tools that will help people. One thing that yoga often lacks is dynamic balance - moving while maintaining balance. Static balance is great, but most falls don't happen when people are holding still, it's when they are in motion. So that would be one strategy that could make a big impact in a yoga setting. Any feedback to improve our work is greatly appreciated too!
