In my last pregnancy i was kind of miserable and i did that to myself... too much food, wasnt able to exercise becaus of the pain (from all the weight i gained).... in this pregnancy i said "im going to keep up with my and my babies health till the end of pregnancy!"... curently 32+3 and still going with only 11 kg+ (keep in mind last pregnancy ended with 30 kg+), you have a great channel and workout vids❤️

@Als Yes, and delivery went a lot better than my first! Only a few pushes using J-breathing technique, and no tearing!

I used to workout almost everyday before getting pregnant. I go to the gym but I’m just not feeling up to my old strength training. I’m 12 weeks pregnant today and this is the perfect workout routine. I feel great. It’s the perfect balance of getting a good workout and not overdoing your body. I’m so happy I found your page, I can’t wait to do more! Thank you for getting my back! ❤

Loved this! I’m 29 weeks pregnant and over the past few weeks have had to cut down my weight lifting from daily SI joint pain and I’ve been doing more Pilate videos from you. I’m so happy with how Pilates has really been able to strengthening me in ways that lifting weights does not but this video made me happy to be doing a little something even if it’s just using 5lb dumbbells ❤

Loving the workout; had to stop in the middle tho when my heart rate is over 140. Apparently during pregnancy we shouldn’t let our heart rate go over 140 during exercise.
