During the Health Reset, weekends are always shorter videos. Today we hear from Tom Watson about his own weight loss journey.
In a recent study of those who have already taken Steve Bennett’s Health Reset, over two thirds of participants lost over a stone in weight, with 35% losing over 2 stone. What’s more the results were measure nine months after participants had completed the program. I other words, the changes are long lasting.
