Didi I will tell you some tips that will help you in weight losing 1. Drink water half hour before exercise 2.Do not eat rice (eat but only one to two times in a week) 3.Do jumping jacks and planks. I hope it will help you in weight losing. And also do some backward walk.

Didi istead of eating anything include fruits you should keep your stomach empty .try to keep distance from fried food like chila or anything.it will be helpful if you eat food two times a day which include salad more and took a small size plate this is also help .i am not saying this from internet but from my own experience as i had also reduced 8 kg in 2.5 months
