After waking up feeling a bit defeated bc I couldn’t do two 20 mile days in a row, I meet miss janet at a gap and she gives me a Gatorade and some of the best unsolicited advice ever! “You don’t have to do 20 miles a day, you’re doing just fine.” And I hadn’t even told her about how I was feeling or the miles I was trying to do.
