Didi thora tips :- Workout at least 40 minutes karo. Breakfast 9:00 tak karlo. Fir uske bad kuch nahi khana. Lunch 1:00 tak karlo. Fir thodi der so jao but not more than 2 hours. 2 hours bad aap snacks kha sakte ho but sirf ek cup chai. Dinner 9:00 baje tak karlo Food Suggestions :- Don't eat Rice, Eat Salads (only cucumbers and raw carrots) after every meal, Wheat can not be consumed more than 700 Gram. Eat Proteins, not that much in a day, and not daily. Eat Fruits (eat apples and grapes only). That's it.
