I had a stainless exhaust pipe made by pipefab in Ireland. Very pleased and cheaper than none stainless genuine.

I've owned a swe 60uf sunward since April and for what it cost I really can't fault it. Kubota engine, air con and touch screen dash. I'd defo buy another.

At 16k for those diggers. They can't be making much profit on them. They are about 8-10k before they are shipped to the uk. There is duty and shipping ontop of that

Any exhaust parts company will sell you a length of the right diameter pipe, it'd just be welding the right diameter piece on to connect it up to the rest of the exhaust system 🤷‍♂️ jobs a goujon 👌

I could possibly laser cut that Class exhaust outer part. I don't have any slip rolls if you know anyone who could roll it into shape. The rest looks easy to put together from stainless tube and bends maybe 🤔 Imitation is a form of flattery I suppose 🤣

Hi olly. This is not an attack on you in the slightest. I love the videos and I've watched every single one. But I dont think its really fair that youre saying the only reason people plough is because it looks better. No sane farmer would choose a process purely because it looks better. Its not a one size fits all situation where a direct drill is the answer to all problems. I can see why a direct drill works really well for your situation but it doesnt work in everyones situation. We personally plough with a press, power harrow once and then drill into that. Our reasons for doing this are We can only plough about 7 inches deep because below that is solid chalk. We are on light wold land so we can travel fast with the power harrow and work down a really nice seed bed. We have much better weed control with ploughing as most weed seeds (blackgrass mainly) die when ploughed under. We know this is true because the estate next door started direct drilling and became overrun with blackgrass so they switched back to a ploughed system which has now solved the blackgrass issue. We can drill in much worse conditions than a direct drill can go in. Our other next door neigbour can only drill when the conditions are perfect. You even said you need a 12m drill so you can take full advantage of good weather. When a wet year comes around everyone seems to dig the combi drill out the back of the shed because theyll go when nothing else will. We dont have any soil erosion issues because were on free draining land. I can fully see the reason direct drilling helps on heavier land prone to erosion. I understand the actual drilling costs are much lower when using a direct drilling system. But if you take into account the extra spraying, straw raking, discing etc you have to do in order to control weeds, I think the cost difference between conventional and direct drilling become much closer. I can also see how cost comparisons can become distorted as there is a huge difference in cost when you compare ploughing 7 inches deep on light land vs 12 inches deep in heavy land. We can power harrow once at 4m wide going around 6-7kph and it produces a good seed bed whereas some friends on heavy land have to do 2 passes at 2kph to produce a decent seed bed. The second situation burns a hell of a lot more diesel. On the soil structure point, I dont see how you can claim about the soil structure being better when you have potatos in your rotation which completely destroys the soil structure and takes years to build up again? Once again I'm not having a go and I'm not being pissy, I just think its not a case of one size fits all. Its more about what works on each individual farm.
