All of the classes certainly had the appropiate roles in this meme. Tryhard mage, ranger being the what what because nobody talks about ranger, summoner making random sounds due to the brainrot inducing gameplay of summoner, and melee, idk melee steryotypes so they get to sing i guess. Edit: don't get butthurt if your're a summoner main. I'm one of the 83 summoner mains so we can't really afford any friendly fire.

Summoner sings passively in the background. (Support/Passive damage from minions) Melee is the main singer. (Massive damage, right next to the enemy) Ranger is a backup singer for melee. (Helping melee players from shooting far away) Mage, Idk, I guess they got the musical weapons so they just be playing.
In our world I'm the main damage dealer because I know how to dodge and whip stack I'm a summoner the melee guy is incompetent as shit the ranger is scared of getting hit (he keeps screaming when he's not even in the fight) mage (idk the dude is dumb)
Summoner is the support class and also the most ADHD inducing, so it sings the instrumentals Ranged attacks from the distance and takes accurate shots, so waits for its cues and sings the backup vocals Melee is the tanky one, usually being at front and tanking all the hits, so it's the main vocals Mage is being ominous doing whatever that the others classes don't understand, and also being a tryhard at the game
This makes sense actually. Melee being the leader of the group, ranger being the backup, summoner being the support, and mage being a blood thirsty killer.

Take note of where the arrows on the speech bubbles are actually pointing. Mage is doing jack shit. Melee is tryharding. Vortex is singing. Summoner is going "what". An unknown class is doing the Doo's.
the mage just tryharding and dodging is actually relatable, the ranger at the start saying "what-what'' because in early game the class is weak 1-3 days of playthrough. the summoner just saying noises because of brainrot and no labor needed to play execpt for fighting golem and moonlord. melee good no context needed :/. melee and ranger both sing because they lead the strength to kill other bosses and ready up themselves.
i am still in opposition to saying that summoner is a lazy class but alright. you can say literally any class is no labor needed. ranger is just hold to shoot. melee is the favorite child with no skill unless true melee. mage is pretty much just avoid until you get mana back. summoner, given that whip stacking exists and makes the class much more valid, isn't just "sit back and let the minions work."
Melee tanks the main part of the song, summoner is passive with just the background part, and the mage and ranger basically contribute nothing. Just like the actual game!

Melee: Main singer becaus he is the best class Ranger: Side singer because he is the second best class Summoner: Summoner seems like he won't matter but he is the beat of the song so he matters alot and this mirrors the fact tha if summoner wasn't underpowered it would be the most broken class. Mage: Playing because of his crippling depression and the fact that mage is underrated
I used to be the mentally unwell summoner main just off in my own little world, now I'm the unstable mage and I make it everyone else's problem. My friends don't know the reason i was calmer before is because the minions took the brunt of the rambling.
Perfectly describes me and my friends playing terraria: Melee being the lead singing and thinking they are the main character so its fine for them to cheat to get 500 health and rod of harmony before wall of flesh Summoner in the background having no idea what's going on (It's his first playthrough) Ranger being non existent (We don't have a ranger) Me as mage constantly feeling like I am the only one who is actually doing any work

i didn't struggle??? i also didnt have nebula armor or a good accessory setup also this is the only time i have played mage also i had to make the footage last as long as the video so i had to draw out the fight thanks for the comment though, more engagement for my video lol
My friend is a mage and can barely even survive a blood moon, solar eclipse, and any post-Plantera boss. He always runs out of mana in half a second and then instantly dies. (I can‘t really talk though, I am a summoner)
