What measures is the president and his government doing individually and collectively in terms of leveraging the depth? Serious leaders will reduce government spending (salaries), bulky government employees and rewarded; party memebers, friends and family. They can't be taking home big pay checks while the whole country goes without basic needs.. medication....education..and food availability.

President Ruto, first and foremost must address the accumulated debt crisis of the administration. What is his first year plan and how this will address short term, medium term and long term debt crisis. Anything short of that is going to solve nothing. Advisors, hiring teachers, cabinet shuffles etc etc will not work I am afraid.
