Im also a dialysis nurse in Germany. we are 1:7 here. di talaga pwede na di magaling magtusok kasi kapag nagtagal ka sa pasyente malelate na amg mga susunod. 6:30 to 9:00 ang hooking namen. bale 15 mins each patient ka lang gang makapitong hook ka. then at 10:45 star na ng termination. by 13:00 tapos ka na dapat para may 1 hr time for documentation

First find an agency to work with. Ang mga nakasama ko dati sa HD unit na nasa UK na ngayon 2 magkaibang agencies ang ginamit 1. Andrews Manpower; and 2. Abba Pick one, get in touch with them and they'll lay out kung ano yung requirements and mga need mo itake para makarating don. The process is fast so kailangan mo na lang sumabay sa pace nila. Good luck! :)

2 years HD nurse in the Philippines. I'm processing my requirements now for NMC, IELTS passed, just waiting for my diploma para makapagproceed na. Prepping for CBT in the meantime. Hope to meet you there eventually Sir George and Mam Katleen

Hi mam @@MAGEEDEE , MSI agency po, kakapass lang interview pero walang binanggit na specific assignment while on probation. Preference was inquired sa interview to which ‘renal unit’ ang naopen up but I’ll try to find a way back into HD if ever. May mga clinics din naman na pwede pag bank shift’an if ever :)
