Hi , just wondering if you could do a video of what it was like for your family at the start of the pandemic. We had limits on food & our stores ran out of items. How did you deal with the stress ?

Eggs have become available as before, thank goodness. The has dropped back down as well to a manageable $3ish. I've never had or seen any of those Pop tarts flavors. I'm definitely going to look for the chocolate chip ones. Love using the bagged Betty Crocker cookie mixes. Never bake from scratch any more, even at Christmas time

To fix the broken eraser as good as you can ,you need to grab 2 toothpicks,take off the pointy end and break them down to the size you need ,place them into one side of the eraser and then gently push the other half onto the toothpicks and then when Harlee needs to use it it won't bend and fall apart as it would with just tape 🙂

Have you ever tried using storage totes on wheels to haul laundry? Would be less baskets to haul.

You can get the ranch seasoning in a big jar. Makes it easy to sprinkle on anything!

They will pick up your laundry, wash, dry, fold, and return it back to you. I am not certain how much you spend at the laundromat, but Sudshare is only $1 per pound. It would definitely save you loads of time, and potentially money.

I have not heard an update from the home front on the septic field. Can it not be upgraded so they can do laundry from home??? You would think if it could be they would have done it by now. Just wondering if there was any new information on that front. Then each of the kids could have a day/night per week to do a load of their own laundry.

Little tip it's so easy to cut chicken or meats with scissors. I get ones that you can take apart to clean but you can be quicker and more precise to lose less meat xx

Tip for the Roux: Melt butter until fully melted. Sprinkle in some flour until it turns into a dough like consistency and then add your milk and then cheese! But it still looked yum 😄😄

I do that creamer hack now, it's dang handy. Lol! Strong coffee, I asked my 20 year old son to make some coffee today while a ran some errands. Holy crow it was so strong. I had to use triple the creamer amount I usually use. And creamer suggestion, Irish Cream, sooo good

Just a quick tip that work for me,after draining the pasta Rinse it with cold water it stops the cooking off the pasta that way your pasta won’t be soggy

Why don't you get a few commercial washers & dryers, they are cheap enough, and would pay for themselves over time. You could throw a load in a night & not have all that work? Just a thought. Doing your laundry like that, can't be fun.

Alicia. Looks like Harlee enjoys her new preschool and a friendship party is such a cute idea! Those coffee spoons are 1 tablespoon. Mine actually says it on the side and I have used a spare one when I couldn’t find mine. Also, I made crockpot chicken yesterday as well. For mine, I put chicken breast in the crockpot early in the day with a bottle of teriyaki sauce on it. I let it cook for the entire day and the chicken just shreds apart. I thicken the sauce, adjust my seasoning, and serve it over either rice or mashed potatoes. My family loves it and they are picky eaters. Enjoying your day in my life videos so much! That is my exact recipe for Mac n Cheese. It's my family's favorite dish. Every time I visit my kids I have to make it at least once. I'm actually in Pittsford now staying with my daughter and son-in-law. He grew up here and now doing his residency at Strong. I love this area!
