Girl coconut water instead of regular water is really good! because it helps with hydration, milk production and it gives you electrolytes which is a major plus. Not all the time, maybe like a glass a day (or like every 2 days) - personal preferance you know!

I had a 5 and 4 year old then added a 3th baby and my world fell apart. I wasn't able to get balance. I got support with post partum depression. Oh, did I forget to say she never slept up every 2 hours until a year old. When she turned around 18 months things started getting better, but your right I feel like I missed some of the enjoyment with my 3rd and last baby.

Don't forget! Breastfeeding is a GIFT. Not all women CAN do it! If you can and WANT to - great and congrats. If you can and don't want to - also great. If you want to but can't - I hope you don't lose hope!
